What does a visit cost without insurance?

Published cash-pay prices include a $75 follow-up visit, $125 new patient visit, $50 telehealth visit, $75 pre-employment physical, $125 annual well-woman exam and $65 PAP smear. Prices subject to change.
Do cash-pay patients need a referral or prior authorization?
