Nuvia Health PLLC adheres to A2P 10DLC requirements including: clear disclosure of opt-in details during the intake process (brand name, message frequency, opt-out/HELP information), STOP instructions and confirmation messages upon opting out, HELP information available by texting HELP or contacting our office, privacy assurance that opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes, and ensuring all messages identify the brand and include opt-out instructions.

We use Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group LLC), a third-party email and marketing platform, to manage our mailing list and deliver email communications.
